Another great part of Sicilian food is Couscous.
After the puppet show we went to a local restaurant that offers an Arab section to its menu. I think I won the best plate with Shrimps and Vegetable Couscous. A huge steaming bowl of flavourfull soup,
and a big plate of fresh couscous.
